The CareWorks Project Wins Two Silver Davey Awards

The CareWorks Project has won two Silver Awards in the 22nd Annual Davey Awards, recognizing its website and illustrated guide to the caregiving economy. Announced October 21, 2026, the international awards honor creative excellence from small teams and independent creators bringing big ideas to life without big budgets.

  • The firm’s website received Silver in the General–Consulting category. Its “Care, reimagined” message and distinctive visual design introduce The CareWorks Project’s approach to strengthening care systems, supporting the workforce, and improving the experiences of people who need care.

  • The Caregiving Divide: An Illustrated Guide to the Caregiving Economy earned Silver in the Corporate Identity–Design & Print Collateral category. Through accessible language and visual storytelling, the guide helps readers understand the systems shaping caregiving and where those systems fall short.

Special thanks go to Mika Dmytrowska for visually designing the guide, and the American Society on Aging (ASA) for serving as a narrative partner on the guide, distributing it, and helping it reach a wider audience. The guide was releases at ASA’s On Aging national conference last May in Atlanta, where The CareWorks Project officially launched during a mainstage session featuring CareWorks founder and CEO, Robert Espinoza

“As a small business in our first year, we’re grateful to see this work recognized,” said Robert Espinoza, founder and CEO of The CareWorks Project. “We’ve put a great deal of care into how we communicate these issues, and it means a lot to have that effort appreciated. These projects offer a glimpse of the creative, strategic communications support we can bring to clients, alongside our project design and research work.”

The Davey Awards are evaluated by the Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts, whose members include leaders from organizations such as National Geographic Society, GLAAD, Mastercard, and Georgetown University. Multiple jurors review each entry against category-specific standards, including creative, technical, and strategic achievement.

These honors reflect The CareWorks Project’s commitment to helping people understand complex care issues and see possibilities for change. The firm thanks the creative partners, colleagues, and supporters who have helped bring that commitment to life in its first year.
