Renata Radoman

Creative Director

As Creative Director at the CareWorks Project, Renata Radoman brings decades of design leadership to shaping how ideas about care, opportunity, and systems change are seen, felt, and understood. She partners closely with leaders to translate complex missions into clear, compelling visual narratives, helping organizations communicate with purpose, credibility, and emotional resonance.

Renata is an award-winning creative director with more than 25 years of experience leading publication development, branding, and integrated communications for nonprofit, philanthropic, governmental, and corporate clients. Her work is recognized for its strategic clarity, conceptual strength, and ability to motivate action across diverse audiences.

Over the course of her career, Renata has led the design of publications, fundraising campaigns, websites, advertising, and multimedia communications for organizations spanning education, advocacy, health, and social impact. Her client work includes collaborations with universities, foundations, and national social change groups such as American Associates–Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, SAGE, PHI, Taconic, and the Diverse Elders Coalition.

She is the Founder and CEO of RD Design, a full-service creative studio she launched in 1996. RD Design specializes in mission-driven communications—from print and digital publications to donor materials, event packages, and integrated campaigns—and is known for long-standing client partnerships built on trust, excellence, and results.

Renata trained at Parsons School of Design, Nicolaus Copernicus University in Poland, and leading advertising agencies before founding the studio, which continues to grow with a collaborative team of designers, writers, and technical specialists.
